The beginning of the chains of both factions begins in their respective flying warships in Icecrown, then it is simply to follow the chain to open daily and zones, easy to follow. Remember that some of these missions will not be available to the horde and vice versa. If you are tired of so much mission or you are not very supportive of them, the other option would be to reach a friendly, buy Tabard of the Ebon Blade and make you Northrend dungeons to go up.

Comment by You don't need cold weather flying tbh just get a loaned wind rider. You need to fly up near the eye to attack it this is why it lets you attack while mounted.
